BRIEF DESCRIPTION
SHamal is the first course on Structural Heart in the Middle East to launch Shamal, a course on valve replacement techniques and procedures. The masterclass will feature all the important topics spanning from patient selection to post-procedural care and patient follow up, with a deep focus on techniques and interventional procedures. All the different steps of TAVI and Mitraclip LAA and PFO will be discussed and presented, in a networking format, with thorough discussions and clear stepwise recommendations, and live surgery broadcasting. Finally, hands-on sessions and practicing live in the box will be open. The discussion will be featuring the masterclass and all participants will be invited to present their own cases. The masterclass is targeted to key opinion leaders from the Middle East, aiming at fueling a local professional community on Structural Heart.
